You bought a man whore O.o How much?

My power supply came today :D It's quite a bit bigger than I had anticipated, lol. I'm probably going to order the rest of the stuff tomorrow, was just wondering: do you guys think it would be wise to get a warranty on my CPU and/or motherboard?

Depends how much it is and what it covers. They USUALLY end up making a crapload of money off of you through those things, but in the off chance that just after the standard warranty ends, the part fails...it could be good to have. I know I didn't answer your question but maybe I helped lead you to a choice.

usually the standard warranty is more than enough for people, don't even bother.

jon's comment is a lot better if you pretend he's answering the first part of what dj said.

Well, in reality, I was answering the first question. So about that man whore...they'll make a shitload of money off of you if you get the extended warranty. Just stick with the standard. If they get an STD, just lie and then keep them on the streets. Whoever they bang probably gets around anyway and they won't know where it came from.

lol. It's a nice jacket, Seta :)

Ordered the rest of my stuff earlier today, I'm wondering if there's any chance it'll get here by Saturday :S My PSU only needed one day of shipping, hopefully the rest of the stuff gets here soon xD Question: the core i7 CPU's run pretty hot, or so I've heard. I'm going to get an aftermarket cooler and install it, but I should be good for now as long as I don't OC or anything, right? I wouldn't think they'd be shipped with a cooler that wasn't adequate.

That's actually what I was planning to do next xD Fairly expensive, though. With a high performance fan, some Arctic Silver 5, and the socket 1366 mounting bracket, it's something like $109 :O

I'd recommend trying the stock cooler first.

I got my AMD Athlon 64 X2 6400+ and the only compliant about the processor on Newegg was that the stock cooler couldn't keep it cold enough well its working great for me. It's currently running at 36C and has never broken 40C (even playing games etc...)

Try the stock first, then invest in an after market cooler. :)

omg sick shirts, tell me how the quality of the tees are!!!

edit:
I see the tees are from American apparel so they are probably going to be slimmer than usual shirts. But still tell me how they fit once you recieve em!

Do it. I would.

Just bought this a couple days ago for $20 on Steam:

I feel like I'm on a game buying binge, lol, I got Mass Effect right before that, haven't finished it yet. I like Bioshock more, though. 2 games in almost one month is usually unheard of for me, I generally go months without buying a new one :?
